Effective June 1, 2021, after 22 years, Gibraltar discontinued accepting new engagements as forensic construction consultants. It did however, make a commitment to wrap up the existing cases that were accepted prior to June 1, 2021 and continued to linger beyond the June 1, 2021 date. By September 1, 2022, the case load of lingering cases had diminished to just a few that were waiting for further information, depositions, or trial/arbitration dates. Since these few can easily be isolated from other business, Gibraltar decided to proceed with its latest endeavor: assisting Properties that require support in executing major repairs to their assets.
